Oh goodness, there’s so much here. & you lead out so tenderly. thanks for sharing your great big honest heart. (there should be commas, but it’s bedtime. sleep well. (sorry, couldn’t help it.)) ☺️
Appreciate you, Peter. Agreed. Very thankful to have been introduced to Parts Work as a way of inching my way toward them. :-) hope you’re well, and thanks for taking the time to read my work at all.
Amen. Thanks for sharing. I trust the work being established in you (and through you: myself) and have long admired the humility with which you carry your gift. Also. Am I your annoying friend. Nahhh I’m too insecure can’t be hahahah!!
Oh G*d now I’m being annoying and making it all about me I should just hold my thoughts back from the world (scrolls back to the top of your article……) 😇❤️🔥🤷♂️😝
A couple quotes came to mind while was reading, the first was from Anthony De Mello's "Awareness" that I'm working through right now (so freaking good):
"Disarmed, everybody has to be disarmed. In that final liberation, I'm an ass, you're an ass."
The second was the Thomas Merton quote, "To be a saint is to be myself."
There's something magical about the letting go of striving for the dualistic view of "good vs bad" within ourselves that really liberates your mind to coexist with yourself and all of creation with that "peace that passes understanding." Thanks for sharing this, friend.
I've missed reading your long-form writing! Thank you for this, Levi.
So good to hear from you, Bianca! Thank you!
Beautiful. 😭

Thanks Jill. ❤️
Your voice notes are one of my favorite things. This resonates deeply, as someone who always feels very annoying. Thank you for sharing ❤️
You're not annoying Mynerva! Love you!
Love you too! Is this my sign to send you voice notes that are basically podcasts about my weird interests like Murder, She Wrote 😂😂
lol send anything you want. But I reserve the right to click on nothing.
Free will is cool 😎
Beautiful. Just what I needed to read today. I love it when that happens. Thank you 🙏🏼
Me too. Thanks Angela.
Always resonate with your writing, on a very similar journey myself. It's such a healing process, learning to love those different parts.

Learning to be okay with yourself is such a hard lesson. I am still working on it and this is timely. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽
Appreciate you taking the time to read it, Kendall.

Hahahaha no you’re not but it’s funny that when we write things like that readers all wonder if it’s them! Love you Corey. Thank you.
Yes but if it was me that’s totally how you’d get out of admitting it

A resounding "yes" to this and a few thoughts.

Amen. And I love De Mello. And you KNOW I love Merton. ❤️
I love that you wrote “heart bank” — that’s such a good phrase. Gonna keep it. Thank you too!
